Never stop moving. The more you move, the more calories you burn.
You won’t get there by making excuses.
You won’t get there by feeling guilty about a binge.
You won’t get there by letting people pressure you into eating.
You won’t get there by eatting the foods you know are bad.
You won’t get there without exercising.
You won’t get there without feeling hungry almost all the time.
You won’t get there without having to hear that you should eat.
You won’t get there while just thinking about it.
You won’t get there just by imagining it.
You’ll get there by doing it
Punish yourself everytime you eat.
Just imagine what it would be like.
Waking up in the morning, perfectly empty,
resting your hand on your stomach, which is caving in.
Tracing the outline of your hipbones, your ribs, your collarbones.
The soft autumn light shining through the window.
You stand up, and you feel a bit lightheaded - but that’s ok.
You make yourself some fresh coffee, black, no milk, no sugar.
You curl up with the news, a good book, or the laptop, and sip your hot coffee.
Slowly waking up. you take a hot shower, and you are not disgusted by what you see.
You style your hair, moisturise, the whole lot.
Put on cute underwear and do your make up.
Grab cute, tiny clothing and don’t worry about “looking bad” because you will look fantastic, even if you wear a shapeless jumper.
Just imagine how fantastic that would be, how liberating.
There is only one thing you need to do: don’t eat that.

She's beautiful and has the body that every girl wants.
She's so perfect people can hardly believe she's even real.
I want to be that girl.
How much do you want it?
If They Begin to Suspect
1. Go into the kitchen and make noise so they
can here you in there.
2. Make a snack in front of them an throw it
away when their out of the room.
3. Tell some classic fibs such as:
a. you ate at a friends house
b. tell your friend you ate at
home
c. say your not feeling to
well
d. say your going to be going out to eat an you
dont want to fill up before hand
e. say you already pigged out earlier and that
your stuffed now
Bones are the new black.
This is a girl who actually works for it. No, I don't know her in any way shape or form, but you can tell by the body. The gap, the flat tummy, the hip bones, and the collar bones are all dead
give-aways.
Who wouldn't want to look like her? Do you know how it's done? Self disipline, the treadmill, and an apple a day. I can garentee she lives on under 500 calories a day. Do you? No, of course not, or you would look like this.
I must eat to live, but I do not live to eat.
I'm sorry Ana, but my body must eat to live, but I'm a worthly servant and do not live to eat. I have

10 things instead of eating
1. Clean house! Get busy "hoeing and throwing", go through old stuff and purge out what you don't wear, don't want, don't need anymore.
Dust. Vaccuum. Scrub. Keep busy! It engages the attention and keeps the thoughts off food. If your a teen, your mom will be amazed and very grateful! If your an adult, you'll thank yourself when your done!
2. Keep sipping on that lemon-water, tea, or diet pepsi while you work! Keeps the tummy sated so it won't growl at you.
3. Put on some music and dance! Or keep the tunes rolling while you clean house, it keeps the work from getting boring and you can boogie while you sweat!
4. Work on your new pro-ana website/blog, or update your online ana journal.
5. Network with other pro-anas through chat, email, messenger or club sites-- Get some support!
6. Put together a pro-ana scrapbook (or add to it if you already have one) with list of all the safe foods, low cal, low fat, low carb recipes, word collages, and of course, trigger pics!
7. Surf the web and make a list of all the pro-ana sites you can use, or all the safe foods you can have. These lists will prove very helpful.
8. Get up off that lazy cow butt and take a walk or start working out! You still have fat to burn, don't you?? Quit laying around dreaming of donuts and pizza and GET BUSY!

Ways to burn calories
1. If your body stops losing weight then you have hit a brick wall, easiest way to get through this is to spend a day eating carbs bringing your body out of starvation mode, thus making it easy to start losing weight again when you go on your clense again :)
2. If you chose to eat there are foods that burn more calories to digest then the intake of the caloric value, there's a list above.
3. Hit the gym, if thats not an option think about investing in some home gym equip. and exercise at home.
4. Take a bath in cold water with ice, recommended for small amounts of time like 30 mins or untill your body is numb, this will burn cals.
Hot water keeps you full, ice water burns calories.

Why is it important?
Because my skinny clothes are SO much cuter than my fat clothes.
Because it feels great to walk into a store and be able to try on anything.
Because it feels great to have to ask for a smaller size.
Because there really is no such thing as too thin.
Because nothing beats the feeling of a size 0 falling off my hip bones.
Actually, nothing beats seeing my hip bones.
Because I'm sick and tired of comparing my current self to my skinny self, and feeling sad about it.
Because I haven't heard, "Wow, you're so thin!" in a long time.
Because "You look healthy now" really means "My God you're so fat!" (or at the very least "My God you're not skinny!")
Because it feels better to be teased for being too thin than too fat.
Because eating makes me miserable.
Because the Christmas presents I got last year don't fit this year.
Because I may as well just finish what I started.
Because when a guy picks you up, he'll tell you how light you are, and can easily carry you upstairs, lay you down softly, & kiss you goodnight.
Because being thin makes you prettier.
Because bones= pretty, & fat = ugly.
Because it sucks being the fat girl in your group of friends.
Because it is so much more fun to show off your body in a bikini at the pool instead of staying home getting fatter by the minute.
Because you have power and control others only dream of having.
Because when you're thin, you don't feel foolish for having dreams of becoming an actress or model.

The horizon is set ablaze by the last trickling drops of golden sun and the sky is tucked in for the night by a warm blanket of drunk clouds. Without a curfew, memories, or worries to tie them down, they stay afloat; feeding upon the satisfying feast of broken dreams and lost faith. Like small parasites, they absorb the grey and dark in the world until they cannot hold anymore. Soon enough they break and the sky is open again, free to see and to be shown to the world. The sky is finally relieved of sorrow as the past pours down and peppers the ground. For a breif moment, hope, light, and love is visible to the naked eye. The world is colorful and wondeful once more.
Some clouds stay for days, others for years, however, every cloud has a limit and will eventually be whisked away, by the wind or by your own intentions. The sun will always show again, but only to those who are willing to look for it.
